I normally sign my coaches for five years too. No special reason. I just don't want to have to deal with it sooner. It would be interesting if the coaching ratings were variable. In that case, giving everyone five years might not be optimal.

I know that these are super saved up, but for future reference, locals don't pronounce the second "T" in Toronto. It sounds like "Torono", in the same way it's "Baldimore" and not Baltimore.
