Wow, a few extra videos this week! I've been going to the forest near me recently, too. In fact, I'm going there tomorrow. I'm sorry that you got anxious in the video. I tend not to get overly anxious in the national forest near me, because no one ever goes there. You pay to get in, but then you have miles and miles of trails in the woods to yourself. You're very adventurous with your food! I eat the same three things basically. I like hearing your food stories so I can live vicariously through them, though. I'm anxious all of the time, too, so if anybody doesn't believe you can be that way, you can tell them that you know someone else who also is like that.

Your club sandwich sounds like a fun combination. I’ve never had kale on a sandwich either. There’s a simple (uncooked) kale salad I make that would be good on a sandwich I think. The countryside there is beautiful. It’s similar here right now - lush and vibrant green with just right temperatures.

Thank you for the interest. I pretty much only eat vegetables, cereal, and ice cream (oh, and a fourth: shepherd's pie). I rarely branch out from those things. I'll eat steak, but that's something that I hardly ever get. I don't know if it's because of my OCD, autism, or maybe because I'm just weird! :)

That's really cool that you have a place to explore! I also feel extremely anxious all of the time too, social/health etc...I think if I had a place to escape the noise of every day life I think it would help me with it, especially since I dont have any IRL friends, a forest would be ideal for a calm place to go. What does help me with panic attacks is having a paper bag with me just in case I hyperventilate, have you tried that? Have a good day!
