Well done - your pumpkin spice bread came out of that fabulous tin so well and looks so yummy. The best part is that you didn't get anything on your white/cream clothes while cooking without an apron. If it were me, I would have been sending my outfit to the laundry basket afterwards for sure. My house smelled yummy today because I made apple mincemeat squares. You have to love fall and all the great flavours. Glad you and your Mom had a lovely shopping day together. When you said she would be off and galloping, you weren't kidding. She was like a woman possessed so it was a good thing she found some treasures she wanted to take home.
