Hello, I am from India and unfortunately, I did not perform well in my 12th standard, scoring only 59%. I have a significant career gap of over five years, during which I attempted to build a startup. However, my venture failed due to a lack of planning, awareness, and mentorship. Given my background, I am concerned about my eligibility for prestigious institutions like Harvard University. I am eager to start afresh and learn from the best. Previously, I was unaware of the substantial difference between average and top-tier colleges. Is there any possibility for someone with my background to gain admission to Harvard? I understand that I may not meet the typical eligibility criteria, but any guidance would be greatly appreciated as I am determined to prepare thoroughly for this opportunity.

For what reason do you think you have the right to self select yourself to go to Harvard? HBS is not a place for everyone and certainly not for the kinds of you who self select yet failed so miserably.

@@jimmyli319I mentioned that my startup failed, despite generating millions of dollars, thus achieving financial success. The definition of failure varies from person to person. I aspired to establish a billion-dollar enterprise but managed to sell my startup for only $200 million. Hence, it was a personal failure for me, though it might not be for others. I have observed Harvard alumni who have built companies worth hundreds of billions of dollars. Therefore, I am eager to learn from such an institution to acquire the skills necessary to build a colossal company.

It is hilarious watching Harvard ATTEMPT to enter the social media space ten years too late - CLASSIC Harvard. "HBS - always leading from behind" amazing, just amazing. Certainly not the school I attended twenty years ago lol
