Can it weld small round tubing, for instance 1.5"?

I suppose they can get away without any safety or guarding for the operator as the robot arm moves so very slow in inter movement speed compared to a "normal" welding robot which can move at up to 4 metres per second and can do serious damage on collision with an operator.
