Coming from the uk a cars title would get recorded as cat S meaning structural and have to be tested by a government department before it can go back on the road . Do you have to do that out there .??

the weld may be strong whatever but you got the steel so hot you destroyed any integrity it once had? it's not an over engineered steel bridge FFS, turn heat down and skip weld with some air behind the welds to cool right away, look how hot you got the esteel and how far out it went on both sides! like 2" WAY TOO HOT, sure you wanna weld fast but what about the work? do you not want it 100% as best as it can be or you just in it for the money? OR are you even aware these are tempered steel frames? frankly the frames need to be cold welded, IT'S TEMPERED STEEL!!! you think these things are $80,000 for the hale of it? aluminum bodies, tempered steel frames . . you get what you pay for in these ferds . . this steel is tempered why? you think it's so they can pull a heavier load and haul more? NO! impact! from 2015 + they have aluminum bodies and high strength steel frames, (tempered) from 2022 on they have high strength frames and MILITARY grade aluminum bodies 7000 grade . . 2015+ 6000 g. man you guys
