imma give it a 4. after the last update and they played around with operator abilities mechanics. you got to play as the grineer. heck that 1 grinner fight for my brothers. was the best thing I've did in many years in warframe. i feel like a rogue like is the last thing warframe needs. it would have been way cooler and fun to actually play as the different faction like actually be them. i don't know just disappointed with this update.

I think the quest was boring because the objectives are like an unskippable tutorial to know how to play. Like yeah art was good looking but that was it. It didn't give me like a wow I want to keep playing this quest. I wanted it just finish is as quick as possible because it was annoying.

Players like me left for 2 reasons that have compound reasons attached to them. Reason 1: The core combat loop has not been improved in the slightest despite all the tools necessary to make it great already present. Reason 2: The grind is ridiculous and is only getting worse. Issues attached to reason 2 are severe. DE has outright lied when they promised to fix this. The big one was when they promised no more content islands and that everything would interconnect better, only to immediately release Railjack in the following months. That's the exact moment myself and many others left the game. DE says they want to improve the game, yet blatantly refuse to. It is literal agony to play in a game with such perfect potential being drained of any and all soul by uncreative hacks that consistently lie. For a lot of us, the lack of trust has been built so high that we don't even look at patch notes anymore, hoping for a reason to come back. We know the patch notes won't have anything of value to fix *the reasons we left.* I haven't even looked at what this update has done because I know for a fact it won't fix the two main things that killed this game. Even though I really wish it did. This game has more potential than any other. And it is using almost none of it.

Its why i went and started to play monster hunter rise, im nearly master rank 260 and anomaly research is nearly level 170. Only gotta level to ar 240 to get the gud stuff. Still a long way to go tbh and im also nearing end game in final fantasy origins son of paradise. I can be a veteran in other games and stilll have more stuff to do than in warframe. Warframe is a timed gated grindfest with not enough impactful reward. Meanwhile in ffo loots rains from the sky i got 3k armor piece and weapon. i can go through and use nearly all of them to improve my gear and i get at least 500 more per hour of play. If anything warframe needs to make the rare stuff rain from sky so we can get something good out of it. Just let it rain ! Meanwhile ill be having fun in other game which actually let the drops rains

I'd like to see some great content for vets but what id really like to see is the content thats already in the game be fleshed out and fixed. Similarly to how jackal got reworked. I started playing Warframe with this update and I know nothing about the game or the different frames. I love rougelites and being able to try a lot of the different frames and weapons already modded up and stuff was cool and the first time I’ve felt that the war frames were actually powerful. Playing as the drifter guy and getting kinda bullied at first as him and then swapping to the warframe in the duviri campaign made the Warframe feel so powerful. I tried this game for like 2 hours like 5 years ago but since this update I’ve put like 40 hours in the game and I’ve started playing the regular Warframe game along the duviri stuff.

Honestly, I feel the update was Okay. My biggest problem with it so far has been the amount of bugs. I've only recently started playing the update over the last couple of days. So far I've lost close to 100 intrinsics because of host migration or mission targets not spawning incorrectly. For example: I have a couple of hours before I have to go to work. So while watching this video, I thought I'd hop on and get a few intrinsics. Once again we got bugged and lost everything. I feel like I should be using my time for something else.

if you havnt played the update, by the fact u are only using clips the the trailers... then im going to say this, the update is insainly hard, yes there is a baby mode for it, but there is absolutely challenge, and people wanted the ability to fight level 1000+ enemies for rewards that are worth it, and they got it, day one release il give it a 3/10 do to bugs, if the bugs didnt exist 8/10 because of replay ability alone new war as a quest and and the bonus khal content 8/10 for the new war, replay ability 1/10 stale instantly witch is the whole problem with the new war and duviri isnt that

I just started again on PS5 and I’m enjoying starting over. Been only a couple days and I’m already MR5 gotta get that second dream done. I enjoy the game because it’s grindy, and even when you have everything, there are still things that you can do. Sell primes for platinum, collect items, find people to mess around in PVP in. It ain’t a bad thing to take breaks from the game and play other things.

I had started over as well on Xbox and I figured I wasn't going to play it much but I'm a mr 22 now and I'm not really trying to grind mr. Unfortunately I do need to start doing eidilon hunts for arcanes and also more steel path. I've only unlocked 5 planets of sp so far. I really do like this update tho. Gives a chance for weapons I used were good when I first starting playing to have a second chance at life. Now I gotta just wait for my baby the boltor and fang prime incarnons. They already made the flux rifle amazing again.

Yeah I agree it's a good update but it does feel like it was rushed at the last minute because the missons and everything feel the exact same as normal warframe it's just weird. Like they need a new board of directors that have unique ideas or something to spice things up. As an artist my self I also appreciate the art man it's so good. That's one of the main reasons I keep coming back. 😅

You see bungie releasing fucking expansions charging you $100+ vaulting content with little to no innvation, cod being released as the same game over and over, and all these triple A devs falling flat despite dev budget. First off, nice vid. I'm a vet who thought this update was really nice, but totally agree with your sentiment that the direction is goofy as hell. Years ago, I got bored and the last thing I would do in Warframe was to make wacky ass builds and steamroll content. I feel like there is so much stuff in Warframe that you only get experienced once in a meaningful way. I actually think that going in this procedural roguelike direction might actually be fun. I no longer feel any thrill, (unlike when playing other procedural games like Hades or Noita), and would be open to having a mode of playing the game that had bigger stakes and wackier ways of progressing to get bigger rewards. Honestly, I kinda just want them to wrap the main story up at this point, because it's all very neat, but we've been blueballed for a meaningful conclusion since this was in beta. Wrap up the main story about our Tenno and give us some dynamic wacky challenging tweaks for veteran players. That's all I want at this point.

The problem with that, is that the power creep has gotten so terrible, that even newer players are able to copy meta builds at low MR and deal *literally* a billion damage. I've been playing for 8 years, and just came back a couple months ago, and I'm constantly disgusted about the sheer amount of damage everyone does. What's worse, is that most of the fanbase seems to have access to this garbage, yet somehow REFUSES to use their godly damage to do any challenging content (such as leaving Arbitration 10 minutes in or giving up on Steel Path stuff after one rotation), nor use this to help fellow players. It used to be that any weapon would be relatively useful, if enough care and thought went into them, but try taking 75% of the weapons into the endgame and prepare to be disappointed. I'm constantly annoyed about people bragging about one shotting the Archon, then acting like they're good at the game, when they get downed as Wukong against lv60's. The game doesn't require, nor encourage skill anymore. Due to how strong everyone is, teamwork is an idea that I've found is long lost. Nobody groups or coordinates, they just yeet off alone, and if they die, they quickly abort mission, even though they have all this "godly crap" on them. The game needs a hard reset on how damage works, because it's clearly influenced how they release content. Bosses CONSTANTLY have timegated invincibility mechanics, because they can't risk some MR8 rolling up and one shotting new content. I was excited for Duviri when it was announced, because I thought this mode would be a step in the right direction, but we're allowed to keep all previous mod setups, so it's mostly a cakewalk. The game doesn't feel like an FPS anymore. It feels like a Korean MMO, where everyone is walking around at lv100.

@@Augoeides32 Honestly, I agree with you on a lot of this. What I am suggesting when I mentioned games like Noita, is a mode where we get to play the game in a hard reset. In Noita, you can create insanely broken builds if you know how to put certain spells and other mechanics together, but if you die, that's it. You go all the way back to square one. Every time you boot up a new save, you always feel the urgency to not fuck up because you want to survive until you get to pull off something totally rad, before you inevitably die. I think the main problem is a lack of urgency, to be honest.

I don't really care about having my busted mod loadout; I can use those in the other 99% of the game. Although, Duviri has encouraged me to finally sit down and look at all my Frames, which is something I've put off for years now.

Im more Excited for the Nightwave to Change in 10 Days 😆 😆 Also i got annoyed of playing the normal Spiral Mode because you always have the noobs Quit after like 3 rounds, which Gets annoying really fast. If you not happen to be the Host you also get a 50% Chance of your Host Migration failing, leaving you in a solo Lobby and Resetting your progress in that Phase. Happened to me so many Times now that i always write at a Matchs star: if you plan to leave after 1 Round might as well do it now xD

Yo bro..absolutely 200% right ...warframe needs a little bit of STORY something like seasons with story telling hype for the next big evil boss coming from space or void..TAU system home of sentients ,where is all that....they just promoting a farming simulation...duviri has nicely done but for what....Melee combat was very good and should implement on Warframe with counterattacks and actually blocking not auto block..another thing is raids...where are they...DE they must look on Destiny a little bit and how a live service game is being made...I know money grabbers...but Destiny has a preparation for END GAME activities,armor to build,weapons to find, exotics to synergy with your armor and builds,catalysts for exotic weapons,generally like or not Destiny has raids ,end game activities like Grand Master Nf,legendary missions and of course...PVP...I like both but on Warframe I just grab the prime warframes and have the kuva weapons ,and that it's I am preparing for a war of never going to come...and fashionframe is not an end game activity..

I love the update as a vet, I feel like opportunity opens up a chance to really pull for the entire team if you can get access to just one of your top 100 weapons lol It's kinda fun to see if I am going to be able to carry regardless of the warframe or weapon choice lol and to have those games where It's a warframe I dislike or stopped playing at rank 30 its hilarious to me to get 4 of my worse warframes and like 8 of my worse weapons, i don't care to quit out like some try hards, it's part of the fun and enjoyment imo.

I started playing this game in 2014. And i still love it. The desing the lore.. Everything just amazing... But recently.. I haven't touched it at all. Im stil only MR19 because nothing seem to worth grinding anymore. I would actually like to be a guide to new players and see them grow over time. I think it's actually a good thing. I would love to babysitt a new player and have them look up to me for knowing things that aren't even in the game no more. But i just can't. I don't have the knowledge to help new players to be fair and i had a clan mate 3 years ago who was MR5 or so when i was MR16 and got him in our clan and helped him with a lot of quest and just overall gameplay.. Now he is Legendary 1. he had time to play and found something in the game that i just couldnt finde no more. That thing that keeps me locked in like back in the days. I used to do nothing but play warframe from waking up and going to bed. Nothing challenging even at MR19 and im kind of that player who likes to play whit one set of equipment for everything. So i rather have a disadvantage in situations then to change my setup for a specific task.

When I still played I was a veteran and I also kinda hated being a babysitter. I wanted real content to challenge me with the game how it was before all the big system changes! At this point though I've been done with the game for years and my account is a time capsule of basically 100 percent completion before railjack released. I shant be returning for any reason but I guess its cool that some veterans who stayed around are getting joy out of the current state of the game XD. It's not my warframe anymore and hasnt been for ages, they took so long to make decent stuff and it backfired having most the veterans quit...

They need to pull a League Of Legends and pump out more cosmetics because I don't understand why they don't capitalize off that more. I want more helmets, more skins (not on tennogen tho). Maybe even integrate them more into the in-game rewards because there's barely any aside from Nightwave.

It is quite smart that you are forced to play random weapons and frames that otherwise would just collect dust. Now, you might want to not only lvl up once to 30 and done but have proper builds.

Because to me, I’ve been playing for 10 years straight and my job is I hope the community so that way they can truly understand the game correctly because this game is not easy to learn if anyone says it’s easy to learn your crazy 100% and I feel like they should give more of the veterans more of the respect and give us more things because I’m about to finish up The incornon weapons and the sad part about it is too. They’re not even mastery rank because they’re just upgrading weapons that you already have Like the melee weapon, bow prime George is making it more powerful but you don’t get any thing that’s new and that’s really sad truly

Warframe is and always will be a Free to Play game a lot of people forget that at some point they will stop updating this game hopefully not anytime soon but to the people screaming "there's no content" put your wallet away and go farm as the game intends it to be done I picked Warframe up 1 yr ago spent 60$ on the 90 day booster and learned how to use trade chat for my plat I hit legend rank 1 in 3 months there's tons of things to do the third thing it's very difficult to find new people to help that legit want help and not begging for platinum or other things

I need to get this off my chest I hope reo sees this and replies .I’m warframe vet that been here since there where only 2 game modes. Iv done all the except one question completed my Mr is L1 and have a frost that can solo the archon under 7 min When I jumped into the quest my hopes where high but the more and more I played the more I realized that that there are a bare minimum of items in the update that can be fit my main frames ands weps. and I have a distaste for this update that I can’t use my own personal builds and have to wait for random chance to get my warframe to play with out benefiting from it My friends sing the updates praise and pester me to play it and complete the quest once I got to teshins cave I actually stoped playing the update I now feel shunned for being loyal to warframe the good and the bad I play warframe to play warframe make new crazy builds to my main weapons and frame and to push the limits not to play a whole different game in a game. Now that I’m being ostracized I’m close to quitting warframe I never thought I get to this point i would love to get rios opinion on this and wonder are other vet being shunned from refusing to play they update and just want to play warframe for what it is thank you all for your time.

300+ people is a 16 hour full game.... just shows u have no clue how life servie works... bungie can pump out their stuff (1 update per year also NOT 16 hours + 4 or 5 seasons) cuz they have 800+ ppl working there and NO officially announced side projects... DE with a bit over 300 doing 2 games in house + helping another dev's making a MMO? No dude... u might not lying but ur deluding urself... and FYI the update rocks... find it strangely addicting to max out my degrees be4 doing the Missions and killing the oroworm in SP, only gripe is the rotation in circuit as it seems to prefer certain (sh*tty) frames and wpns... and they need to bring the horse race back...

Update- story was weak, fell through on explaining itself and was rushed. New gameplay strong. Content makes me want to dust off and polish my old unused weapons and frames so strong. I feel like after the whole spaceship fail de has just aimed mid at best.

I liked the video based on your first sentence. Nothing else matters now, I am a babysitter 😩 I must admit though, day 1 was atrocious but I played yesterday after a few hot fixes and it hooked me right in. There is probably about 60 hours worth of grinding if you want to speed level everything but way more than that if you want to enjoy it.

The only thing i don't agree with is the veteran content. SP circuit is the best sustainable end game content with value in completion since... well i can't remember and the incarnons are specifically aimed at experienced player. What that does for the overall is where Rio's point comes from, but i do crave these new takes on the originally obsolete weapons.

I think the update is pretty nice, it's exactly what i been wantin imo. endless onslaught. frames and mods are randomized. along with guns and melees so I just been chillin its vibes. wasn't lookingf for anything crazy just killing npcs in different styles spicing it up and getting rng. circuit is great but the spiral is wack asf maybe cuz its bugged or idk but its not something i'm not going on warframe to do.

Did she really say they only had been working on it for a year or so??? Why tf did they tease it FOUR WHOLE YEARS early then??? This thing dropped so buggy and a mess of gameplay that i legit lost hope they had the ability to release any decent update without it being a dumpster fire... But to tell me not only that it released as a dumpster fire of bugs (some of which wouldn't let you progress), but also that they didn't even spend half the time of us waiting for it to work on it and also make sure it didn't release with all those bugs is horrifying to me.
