Awesome mam! Thank you for sharing such amazing words... we all r surely worthy, we all should accept & acknowledge ourselves just the way we are and definitely shouldn't waste our emotional energy in pleasing the ones who don't like us... Looking forward to many more valuable, wellbeing, wisdom wednesdays from you mam...💜

I'm awestruck after watching this yet another beautiful video, mam. Each time i feel, "How do you read our mind?" Self acceptance is absolutely necessary but it's not easy to practice, but it's not impossible either. Each word that you have said, is so true, mam. While watching it, I was reminiscing the happy moments and was also feeling less guilty for the events of the past ☺ When you said "Close your eyes...", I literally closed my eyes and have never heard any cosmic voice, but I can say that it must be like yours. Thank you so much mam 😊❤

Mam, I would request you to please make a short video on how to keep going no matter what. If you have succeeded, go ahead, if you have failed, still go ahead. And how to avoid to not to return to square one. I'm unable to find proper words to frame it mam.

Thank you ma'am for such a beautiful video. Every word of yours has a deep positive impact. We have never been taught or said to accept our failures and mistakes as much as we are told celebrate our successes and good parts. You give an inspiration to accept both and be okay with them. Thank you for teaching us such acceptance.

Well said ma'am, acknowledging our negative emotions is so important and we often dont do that, in the times when there is so much competition in every field, being a student of psychology, sometimes, we also forget to think about our well being and only focus on our career and other daily life things, thankyou for reminding me that taking out time for myself is equally important. i will say if every student has a teacher like you, who not only make sure that we pass our exams and excell but also find ways to help us grow in other spheres of life. Thankyou for believing in us, you are our daily source of motivation ma'am:)

Thank you ma'am for making such a video with full positivity ma'am I never heard someone else talking about this topic with so deep thought and clarity... sincerely saying this; before discussing in class I was not that aware about it and what exactly well being is how we can improve this in our life ..this topic Is so pleasing ma'am much needed in our life .. thank you 🙈😍 there was time ma'am when I feel exactly what you explain thinking I am not worth it why I am like this people around me are more smart . look like this I didn't score well what people say maybe no one love me ..but now I learn so much .Having you as an mentor is an blessings for me ...I really want to learn more and grow with you .. Ma'am if possible make a short video on how we can change a negative attitude or like negative thoughts that come to our mind to positive one..and how one can motivate themselves without relaying on other's .

What an amazing concept’To Romanticise life itself’. To live and enjoy every moment of our life, everything we do in our life,to choose the best things, people, events, situations for ourself.what an amazing thing. Life can be enjoyed to it’s best if we all can enjoy every breath we take in. This is the Most relevant video on self acceptance and well being and also on how to live in the moment and enjoy it. ‘Choose the best for yourself beacuse you are the best’ Thank you For this amazing video Mam I was a little worried about the board exams duty as in i might do some mistake in invigilation and infact i was making it a burden for myself but now i am going to enjoy it as a new experience with much more confidence. I was wishing in the morning that i wish I could talk to Mam whenever i feel nervous about anything but i knew that was not possible but now i can watch this video if i get worried or insecure about anything in future.

I have a request mam ,if you can make a video on how to deal with emotional upsets and how to manage anger and emotional disappointments if something doesn’t go as we wished for in life e.g.relationships with close ones. And how to deal with such situations for an emotionally over sensitive person.

These videos are true therapies for all of us mam 🥰 the best part is you don't talk superficially but only what is practical to follow and practise mam 😇 look forward to more videos and shorts in future ❤️ A request for future mam# a video on "lifestyle choices" (for example- what habits may be boring for others may be exciting for me, like exercising, plannin healthy diets,, walking etc.. instead of partying, drinking, travelling etc. And vice versa).. please if possible, cover the above example regarding how it' s fine "not to fit in" too 😇
