Hiya David Rachel and Roxy nice to see you at one of our favourite walking places we often go to Watchtree Nature Reserve we were only there about 3 weeks ago. It's lovely spending a day there and then off to Cranstons for Sausage rolls and Pies. Nice campsite and the pub looked good. The weather's been good this last week or so hope it lasts Sheila likes Dobbies garden center the cafe in there is good aswell. Hi Malcolm and Sheila, pleased the weather has been good for the past week, hopefully it will continue. It's a lovely place Watchtree Nature Reserve, we are really pleased we went along. Where is Cranstons, is it close by and would you recommend the sausage rolls and pies? The pub food was very tasty and the pub had a nice feel to it. Fantastic pub, staff and food. We live 4 miles away. last Friday of every month Barry holds an acoustic music night it’s brilliant. We often go with the van and only takes 5 min journey to get there 😁

I do love a nice garden centre. Watchtree looked like our sort of place. Love a turbine. Remember seeing the pyres where they burned the cattle. So sad. Thanks for sharing the Wellington despite it not having a loo.. Breakfast on the A66 looked good. 😋 take care both 😊👍

Watchtree is a place we often visit for dog walks as we only live about six miles away. Lovely place and the cafe very reasonable with lovely cakes. We're off to Yorkshire tomorrow and thanks to your last video will be visiting the Himalayan Gardens. Despite many trips to Yorkshire weve never actually heard of it so thank you.😊

I managed to come away without buying which is a miracle Watchtree was really interesting - I remember seeing all the media coverage of the animals it was so sad 😢 I’m not sure I like my hair - I think it’s too light 😂😂

Cranstons is just off the A595 at the roundabout when you left Dobbies you went by it on you're right hand side it's only a small shop but it's always busy with a nice cafe as well. The main place is just off The A592 at Penrith as you leave the A66 follow the A592 up to the roundabout it's right in front of you not sure about camper van parking at Penrith but at Orton Grange there's a big car park at the back of the place you have through the small car park first. It got extended because it was getting that busy. Personally we like the food it's a small farm shop you can get anything food wise you want Like Pioneer foods at Carlisle Proper Cumberland 🌭 Hope you could follow all the Malcolm (I'm hungry now)

The weather was better than forecast 😂😂 it did chuck it down @ 1 point but I loved the grounds, and re purposing of something that had a chequered past to something prosperous for the area. Top place x
