Don't let external factors influence the beautiful person you are! Remember one thing, Miguel de Hunamuno ( spanish philosopher) once said: it's me and My circumstances, or my circumstances and me. You can't control negative aspects of life, but you can certainly control how to manage and affect you. Expose yourself less to those circumstances that affect your being in a negative way. Always looking for positive situations. Excellent 👌👍 podcast. Keep Punching! 🙂

One of the best decisions I ever made was to seek therapy. It changed my life and I was able to get in touch with myself. It taught me to stay away from toxic people and hold close to the people who supported me and my endeavors. Just by doing that, I was able to make healthier decisions that improved my life tremendously. It takes work, but it is well worth it.

White Lotus season one mad funny. Season 2 gets good and ends well. Also Im a screenwriter and I take really good care of my brain and another tip I could say is don't struggle to remember ideas when you're not writing. If you remember it when you actually sit down to write then maybe it's a good idea. And I agree with Sistine I think, I could see being an author in your future.

Sophia, if there’s one thing your father has taught me about writing, it’s that writer’s block is just a mindset. As a writer myself, it’s been crucial to make myself actually believe that philosophy. When you think you’re experiencing writer’s block, just write. That simple. Just write. It’s going to be bad, but that’s expected. It’s okay though, because you’re gonna do tons of rewrites after you finish that initial process. As long as you can get from point A to point Z, tha hard part is finished. Rewriting is the most fun part of the writing cycle. Believe in yourself. Hope all is well with you two.

I kind of , it depends what pêrsonne you are! : ) I heard quentin tarantino describe his writing process, to work, on a dayly basis, from the morning till the early afternoon, and after having a feel of finishing something. Just go into the pool on the hollywood hills, and letting everything sink in. And what comes & flows to mind in this moments, he would just write down, on paper as the thing for the next morning to do. Just this vibe, gave me an inspiration. So i didn't have a pool: but the process, of working seriously, and then the process, of what comes up and note that down. So, it's like a rollercoaster ride, you don't have always to do everything, some times, you can just cling on, ok that's a strange analgoy! I wouldn't talk to too much writers though, because in a way, i always feel like, oh-no. I would have to do it like this or like that person, which is already overwhelming and depressing, because it's just most of the time a different approach as I would find out what works. Then feel free, to share pieces, and the resonance will though accompany you like a new inner voice. There's phases, where that is very useful, and phases where you most keep it to you, like a treasure, or more like a baby, that's growing a bit around you and the influcences that you'd nurrish it! Ok

Hi Sophia and Sistine. Sophie, Hey I love the how the transition your hair is going through. This color looked very nice with you. So on to the writers block. Here are a few ideas that help. First and foremost. Fail, its part of the creative process. Don't let that fear bother you at all. Make Writing a Habit-“Creativity is a habit, and the best creativity is a result of good work habits.” - Twyla Tharp. ,Talk to a Friend, Find Out When You’re Most Creative, Stay Away From Distractions, Work on Another Section, Move to Another Space-After a while, staying in one physical place can make you feel stuck, Read, Read, Read Reading can provide inspiration, motivation, catharsis, or escape, Do Something Other Than Writing, Do Household Chores, Try Freewriting, face the fear, do your best to clear your mind. these are all the things I could think of that were told to me and I hope they will help. Love you both. Jim

Hi guys. This is Lori from the Dallas/Frt. Worth area of Texas. Overthinking is an unhealthy emotional state and it’s been proven by counselors and my best friend says that it’s not good and unhealthy. That was an opinion statement that Sistene had read and not based on the facts.

Sophia when your book happens as somebody who wants to be a studio head I will make your book into a movie I'm sure you're an amazing writer you're going to win a Pulitzer prize. This could either be really fun, or really inauspicious. You know how radio hosts will have their audience call in and give their opinion about whatever is being discussed? What if you guys do something like that, except you call a listener who rates the podcast 5 stars, similar to the unsolicited advice segment? Have them leave their social media in the review, and get in touch with them through the Unwaxed Socials so you can get their number.

[I’m here for the science:] I promise to use simple-pimple-popping words. Acne can be avoided if the person is already aware that they get acne from eating sugar and carbs (if the liver and muscles are fully loaded with a sugar energy called glycogen). If a person knows they will be in a stressful situation then they should abstain from eating sugar and carbs, and reduce protein or even abstain from it if stress is prolonged (switch to amino acids). Why? When a person experiences great amounts of stress it will cause the release of greater amounts of cortisol, which dismantles proteins upon contact- all proteins. The body can and does convert protein to glucose through a process called gluconeogenensis. With prolonged stress, there will be prolonged conversions of protein to glucose, which will now release greater amounts insulin that will then convert the excess glucose to fat, and it’ll lead to the creation of acne because it also stimulates or increases a hormone under the skin. So, if a person wants to eat sugar and not get acne or fat then eat small amounts of sugar after a workout or an activity that depletes a good amount of glycogen from their liver and muscles. How many uneducated folks would have thought that gov induced anxiety could lead to obesity and/or acne? A person should take this situation and scientifically use it to their biological advantage. How? If a person is stressed they should: 1. Workout or do extra physical activities to burn off the extra source of energy that stress created. 2. Change diet. Water fasting is initially ideal, or one small to moderate high fat & fiber content meal a day. The fitness freaks use this to their advantage because they will be inducing something called autophagy. This is a metabolic process that “cleans” damaged cells within the body by dismantling it and using its parts (amino acids) to repair other parts of the body {Side Note: which is what the bat’s anti-body does within the human lungs to replicate itself over and over again}. Use science to your advantage in every scenario by not avoiding the situation and to adjusting your lifestyle. {The uneducated, fearful, avoidance approach to healthcare in the past three years was criminally negligent in the first degree, since the educated already understood bio-chemistry.}

I knew a writer who would write a stream of consciousness on both sides of a lined sheet of paper. It was her part of her warm-up process. Also, I think “writing prompts” are popular. A writing prompt could be something like “Write about something breaking a calm silence.”. There are websites with hundreds of prompts.
