Not the "WooWo-stuff" 😂 I mean yes, this is a luxery wellness retreat, but things like these can be done at home. Of course it's good, to have a teacher and sometimes practice it in a location without the usual distractions. But it's so beautiful, because what I see here is the core of most women. Practicing calmness, solitude and patience, feeling peaceful, deeply connecting with ourselves and the universe. Re-setting and re-gaining energy to nurture the people around around us. Thanks for taking us I guess

Ella i know you choose not to talk about any cosmetic procedures because you dont want to influence your younger audience, but ive been following you for years and i absolutely love how you get your lips done. Thank you! I go to Maria at House of Ness and get a little less than 1/2 a syringe so it looks natural and then I will get touch ups every 4 months or so. Everyone’s bodies and metabolism is different with filler so I always say start with a little and give it some time in your face :)
