Yep, becoming a mother has been one of the most amazing things I’ve ever done. It’s also been more challenging than I ever could have imagined. As I’m in perimenopause now, I’m noticing all the more how my body needs the TLC I’m often not prioritizing. Life so easily gets in the way of my goals and desires to be healthier. Thanks for your honest sharing.

Thank-you for your honesty about where you are at with your wellness planning. I think that anyone who does this type of planning can relate to the struggles. I can certainly relate to having down times when either you don't have the time to be prolific in your planner or you just don't want to plan wellness. I have to tell myself that it's okay to just do what I can and not be too hard on myself when I can't. I really believe that I do the best I can with what I know and feel at the time. Be kind to yourself. You deserve it!

I totally relate! There are lots of weeks that I don't use my planner! And I set up a gratitude journal in September intending to do it through November - and I've done 6 days total so far! Hope to pick it back up for November! Can't believe Esther is 2 already - how time flies! Yes, love that you choose colors that please you and intend to draw you to your planner! Hang in there - and do what is most important - family - friends - relationship to the Lord! Praying for you!

Do not beat yourself up over not writing in your planner. You are doing all you can do and that's good enough. Set a new goal... take it day by day!!! Glad you're back!!!

Thanks Kathy!! When you start so strong sharing something publicly and then drop off, and come back, it always feels like a tail between the legs situation 😂 appreciate your encouragement as always ♥️

Totally! I'm early 50s with a 13 yr old that is stuck in a 7 yr old body.. (she has cp and disabilities) It's rough to take care of myself (i say monthly i'm going to get on the treadmill or walk, and it hasn't happened yet)..so I'm just trying to eat right.. but it's hard to balance mom, wife, friend, and work full-time plus part time hustles. I like the gratitude intentions everyday & especially in November where thankfulness is abundant. any little self care is better than nothing! track on!
