It’s not a rented cabin we have a lot we rent and “own” the cabin

Where exactly can you legally ride there? My groups always looking for places to ride but wellsville has reputation for being a bunch of drunk troublemakers trespassing on private land.

Just all depends. We pay to camp and we stay out of the no trespassing areas. The best bet is to find a good group of people to spend a weekend with. As for people we never have any issues. Just treat them as you would want to be treated and lend a helping hand when you can. Also never leave a vehicle unattended on the trails. That shouldn't be an issue if you're with a group though.
