When Brax he'd do nothing to hurt her he really meant it. He had to lie here to get Brody out of the picture otherwise he'd talk.

Looking back at these clips, I hate how much Brax controlled Charlie. He slept with her to keep her away from the marajuana crop being harvested, he lied to her to get Brody off his back and keep himself. All the other things too. They were a great couple for the show, I couldn't stop watching them but I don't like how a strong, confident woman such as Charlie is controlled and manipulated by Brax. Not cool.

Because Brody stole drugs from him which Brad was obviously not happy about. So Brad only helped him After brody threatened to snitch to the cops about him and Charlie
