That 2012 performance won the worlds hearts .They came onstage,just a liitle untidy but typical of teenage boys everywhere ! But the voices are unbelievable, Wales should be proud of these boys ! GOD bless every one of them and their wonderful choir master !

I continue to be amazed by these talented lads and all their accomplishments throughout the years. Including the three amazing performances for the Queen's 60th Anniversary of her Coronation. From across the pond - "Spot on to all the young men and the staff - Bravo! Well done all these years!"

I have recently discovered Only Boys Aloud, and thank goodness I did. The choir's singing is rich and you can tell how meaningful the songs are to them. I would be honored to be one of them. The boys are learning a great life lesson of not worrying about what others may think of them. I cherish my Irish heritage and when the choir sings Danny Boy and Loch Lomond I picture my grandmother singing those tunes she loved so dearly. One day I hope to see Scotland just to see Only Boys Aloud perform.

They are from Wales, which is on the west of British Isles, Scotland is in the North of the British Isles..

This is inspiring. I really love to listen to Only Boys Aloud. I know the boys are talking in English, but I cannot understand some of them. I love the dialect. Keep up the good work please.

The choir continues, but as the boys grow older, they move on to other choirs...

Many of the boys have gone on to further themselves a career in music and theatre, some turning professional or have themselves become music teachers in their own right. The boys leave OBA when they reach 20 years of age. Currently over 240 boys are in Only Boys Aloud, 14 choirs in all - ten in South Wales and four in North Wales.
