Welshpool and Llanfair Light Railway Part 2

I too saw this railway on KZbin and it prompted me to revisit it after an absence of 40 years. When I was there in 1971 the passenger trains didn't go down the Golfa bank, (no brakes on the rolling stock) I was pleasantly surprised to ffind out what many improvements had been made and consequently am a member once again.

This video made me realise I like this railway so much that I signed up with the W&L Society for 3 years. I hope it inspires others to do the same. I've only ridden it once but is really is a piece of bucolic brilliance. Highly recommended - and thanks for an inspirational piece of filming.
