Personally I think it's one of the most difficult chainmaille designs or weaves to execute. I made a bracelet a couple of years ago. It looks incredible and worth the effort. I simply love the design use of twisting one strand while keeping the other plain. Anyone wanting to give it ago, start with you chosen metal wire from the two strand stage. Twisting wires together is relatively easy provided you wire length is long enough. I think by using a textured link and a plain one would help to make the assembly less frustrating. To the Artisan, well done, I think you have inspired many people here. That's not always easy.

So much easier than weaving a similar kind of look, as in the Viking bracelets... I love how this chainmaille is completed. Great job and yes this video I do not regret watching whatsoever! Nicely done. I'm inspired now and gonna try it one day when my arthritis isn't giving me hell. 😂

A beautiful bracelet!!! And, your work is incredible. I would love to make a bracelet like this one for my wife. It is my understanding that the twisted wire, once twisted, should be the same thickness as the solid wire, correct?? I would expect that you are using either 16 gauge or 18 gauge silver wire for this project. Also, what is the diameter of the rod that you wound the rings on?

I cringe every time you close a ring because that’s the improper way to open and close rings. Opening and closing rings that way weakens them
