Thanks for sharing this. I enjoyed seeing the trail this way. I plan to attempt this to Hunchback Pass with my son this July. Only have 1 day to get there and 1 to get back so don't think we'll make it that far.

Thanks for watching ! I think it might be possible for me to make it to the junction of rock creek trail and Vallecito trail . But , when you get to the foot of the Guardian Mountain the trail starts the climb . There is a great camp site at the foot of the mountain. If you made it a three day hike .... it’d be very doable ! Stay at the campsite at the foot of Guardian Mountain Both nights . Spend a whole second day climbing to hunchback .and maybe even route around to possibly climb to the peak of Mnt Nebo ? For me ..... to remain enjoyable .... if I went back w two days I’d still try to get to Columbine pass ( like I tried in this vid) I think I could do it w/o the snow on the trail ,and I’m not sure , but I think the views would be better ???

Really enjoyed the gorgeous winter scenery and letting the views do most of the narrating. Very good video work and the background music fit perfectly! Very inspiring. Sure looked different from what I've seen it look like in the summer. Made a new subscriber out of of me and I look forward to catching up with some of you other videos.

Thanks! I really appreciate the feedback and compliments, but most of all I'm excited that you could watch a vid of someplace you'd already seen before, and experience it in a new way! I try my best to make the PLACE the focus of my videos, i don't want them to be about me. That said....... I'm especially happy w the music comment. I composed the music here at my home. I'm fully aware that the music has prblms here and there, but maybe that reflects part of my personality? Thanks again
