Ooof! This one was challenging, I made some mistakes on the bevel part and had to do everything again because the topology was all messed up. Was able to fix it in the end, so all is good. Thanks :D

sir i found one difference.... when i select two vertices and use Fill F for their joining and then selecting 4 vertices to Fill it.... the bevel does not work on the two vertices joined using Fill F command. On contrary, when i select 4 vertices and simply used Fill it create a face and bevel work on it... Please what is the difference between joining two vertices by F and by J command..??

When you have a face filled up, you should use J for joining two vetices. As the 'J' joins them inside that filled surface. Joining vertices by F just creates an edge between two vertices over that surface. Think like this- on paper, you draw a line, and that is ‘J’. But if you place a thin stick on that page, that's just placed over the paper, which is the F command. F can be used when there are vertices without a face filled up. Hope this makes sense haha
