The hiking accident almost killed Adam. It probably did kill his friend - but rescue workers are unable to locate the body. Now, as Adam tries to cope with his trauma, he becomes aware that something in his head is not right - something that gives him urges that are increasingly difficult to resist.

Good story, I'd suggest keeping away from the extreme closeups, unless they help with the story. We don't need to see every cell in the skin. Like... the Doctor's eyes... why? Makes no sense to keep it that close, for so long. A close up is meant to direct the eye to something we may have missed in the med shot, to focus on something the director wants, or something the subject is focusing on. It can also be used to create viewer tension, like showing a needle going into the skin, or chewing to make the viewer uncomfortable, but are not meant to be held for long periods of time. For instance the cut at 3:51 to the hands, is not connected to anything. Because we have no reference to connect it to. It goes from the doctor's eyes to the hands. If she looked down, then we get a reason for the cut, that she is noticing the hands. If we went for the guy, shifting in his seat, to the hands, then we know it's him. If it was just slightly further out, we could see his shirt, making the connection. Another solution would be to lead into the hands by having him fidget in the med shot, then cut to the hands, or tilt the camera down before the cut, to lead to it. Or show him fidgeting, and each time get closer to the hands to show his tension getting worse. This whole scene is missing a few basic shots. There is no establishing shot, to give a reference where everyone is. We jump right in to the subject looking almost straight at the camera, but a little Screen Left. Then the Doctor ALSO looking Screen Left. So both subjects are looking screen left, but are supposed to be looking at each other. This is a camera rule break, unless both are standing next to each other. If you are looking for a film that breaks lots of rules, while following the rules is ex machina. Shot in a really annoying way to bother the viewer, but handled really well. All the camera positions in that film are intended to disturb the viewer. Again.. good story. Keep up the good work.

@@nowistime8070 lol. I'm offering professional advice. I have my name in over 50 film credits and over 100 commercials, over the past 35 years, so.... Don't get pissy, because this film has issues. I just hope they learn, and get better. Everyone telling them how awesome it is, does not help. That's like celebrating someone putting on their pants, when they put them on backwards. Yeah... they got one leg in each hole, but there is still work to be done.
