What do you think got these residents there in the first place? Im thinking it’s not all about personal choice or home ownership dreams. I’m guessing there are many people there that never imagined to be or neither actively chose, it was just there circumstances. Some passed down to them from previous generations and some limited capacity to make decisions that you or would have the functional capability to do. Still no justification to pinch a swing set though 😊 Thanks for the video.

@@ollieandmarly7547 Wendouree has changed a lot since this video Stocklands Plaza is brand new the windery train station is brand new double story with a bypass property value has gone through the roof rental has gone up with squeezed out the lower class people Wendouree is one of the best suburbs in the City of Ballarat especially with the infrastructure that is being built around Wendouree specifically

Wendouree has gotten so much better and has a brand new Stickland shipping centre, a $1.5 billion dollar train line upgrade. Wendouree train station is brand new with elevators, new platforms 2 of them, the lost goes on, Wendouree is in the highest demand out of all suburbs in the city of Ballarat, real estate wise.
