I am eating two salads a day at Wendys and I am losing weight. I am on Keto and I get the Parm. Chicken Salad then at night I get the Southwest Avocado Chicken salad. Big girl is going to win the weight challenge this time.

The best Fast food Salad is Mcdonalds Southwest Salad with the southwest dressing and get extra limes with it when you order BUT, too bad Mcdonalds does not do salads right now. When they do, GET THAT SALAD!!!! Its the Salad that will make people who hate Salads, Love Salads!!!!!

Look in the Wendys bag for your small packet of pecans. You always have to check for the pecans when you order that salad. Workers forget to put the pecan packet in the bag most of the time.
