Cuzzin I am a conservator for my cousin. He lives with me and gets very little social security. Every bit of his money has to be proven yearly that goes to a judge. Also a person from the court visits our residence and they question my cousin if he likes living with me and how comfortable he is. He has traumatic brain injury from being hit by a car however he understands things very well and he answers his own questions. So who from the court is showing up or social services to talk to Wendy. Who is proving how her income is being spent. Maybe it’s being done but something is funny.

Wendy is in a facility. Not a personal home. They get inspected all the time. No questions asked because the residents PAY to remain there. And until I understand how she signed away her rights …my purse is closed.

I'm not giving Kevin any props. The way that he has mismanaged his money and is almost broke broke shows me that he was just a leech who controlled Wendy by isolating her and keeping her drugged up so she could do the show. Wendy had a breakdown. She found herself all alone with no support system, which is why women should never let a man isolate them from friends and family. Mentally, Wendy couldn't handle supporting Kevin, his mistress and that baby for the rest of her life.

The part most people are forgetting, Wendy went through alot. She found out about the baby, got divorced, lost mom. She didn't tell anyone her mom passed, they were very close. Wendy was grieving a divorce and death. She had a mental breakdown. While going through it, she's been taken advantage of. To me they have her in a facility on the memory care side. It stays locked at all times. I worked on that side before, listening to Wendy , she doesn't belong there. She's too competent. Those interviews are strategic, to show her level of competency. Her niece understands the assignment, Wendy can't say certain things because of the legal process. I also know Wendy is supposed to go on outings, that's part of an ISP plan but they're keeping her isolated, that's unusual. Sorry so long.

Losing Kevin didn't take Wendy down. Shame did it. For years she's put him on a pedestal & praised him publicly & loudly so. She praised him when she knew he was doing dirt. She felt shame. Shame is a most ardent & viciously quiet killer. Shame took her down... that's why she upped her usage of drugs & alcohol. When it comes to our beloved Wendy. I think the combination of loosing her mom, Kevin (her son) going away to college, in addition to the husband impregnating the mistress. All while having to do the show Monday to Friday and dealing with her sobriety. Was too much on her and too much grief to deal with at the same time. The breaking 💔 of her marriage however was definitely "The straw that broke the camel's back". In my opinion.

Kevin Jr might not be the right person to handle her finances because if his lack of experience and his age, but I am still not sure about the family members either. Maybe moving her near her family, but still having a non family custodian would be the best situation for Wendy at this point in time. Everything can be evaluated on a regular basis to see what if any changes are required.
