agreed. this was the best interview so far. everybody is talking about how wendy was able to agree to the documentary in her state of mind. it's been discussed by people on the view etc but no one actually asked the niece this question. Because she didn’t have control over her life and going through a divorce. Her son was spending large amounts of money while she was in Florida. So the bank flagged this as a concern. Given she has millions they definitely will protect her assets.

I don't think anyone is going to judge Wendy Williams for her actions on her show. I give her credit for always speaking her truth about herself. She is going through a lot with the diseases that she is dealing with. I have compassion and empathy towards her. God guides, comforts, and heals her in all aspects of her life.I am sad to see her unable to help herself, but God is keeping her safe. I am looking forward to seeing her documentary. Personal guardians are in charge of things like medical choices and her living location, and usually go to family. The financial guardians are professional business firms. They are the ones who should disburse money for her upkeep and give annual audits to the court.

The niece clearly states that she didn’t want her aunt to do the documentary. It was Wendy that signed off - and her guardian allowed her to sign off on it. Otherwise, they would have never started filming in the first place. The niece is purposely speaking out so that she can clear the air on concerns and rumors that have been roaming all around the internet. She is doing an excellent job. And at some point, I hope her family can get more involved in the affairs of her health services. Which she has also made clear. They want nothing to do with her money. They have their own money. It’s the affairs surrounding her health that they are most concerned about.

One of the ways I know she wasn’t protected for this documentary is that Wendy would never be seen in public without wearing a wig and yet here she is, talking to Black Chyna in the documentary without her armor, her protection . It may seem like a small thing but I think many black women would understand.

I think my dad might have had this. He was a functioning addict and drank for years. He had a stroke and I'm pretty sure that's when his memory/forgetfulness started. He died shortly after this became noticable and at the time I was more focused on the decline of this larger than life person and was just trying to cope with having to do more and more for him daily. Im glad he's at peace now. Hopefully this is something that will maybe get better for Wendy

I am sorry for your loss. My 53 y o belated brother was an active alcoholic with other health issues, (obese , gout to name a few) . He had 2 small heart attacks and his drs told the family that he suffered perm cognitive damage. That the next one woukd be his last and die. His mental awareness dexkibed to the point it was like talking to a 10 y o. He had to be reminded to bathe and to change his clothes. He was no longer able to work and still continued to drink alcohol. For my brother it was too late. We would remove alcohol and he would go out and get more. He didn’t want to stop drinking. At his last heart attack, My 78 y o mom did cpr until 911 arrived but it was too late. I don’t wish this on anyone. 🙏🏼

Mercy, mercy. My mom just had a stroke and her speech is not the same. She is able to stand and use her limbs. Some of my family is pressing her to get and go but she needs time to regain function. Its not a snap of the finger thing. I believe for Wendy she is taking her time to improve her health before returning to her career.

@@yulnikita I’m not sure if you have ever worked with anyone with early stage dementia especially those with long term alcohol and drug use but they usually know what they want when coherent. They are not always demented. People go for years before even family know it. I also work with nonprofits and many that have gone through the struggle want to share their story. As a public figure she will help so many. She has a conservator so at least the money will be there to give her the best care. She will still get paid from the documentary.

I never followed her or her journey but this almost seems like its stripping her away of her dignity and her ability to have some privacy in this. Its hard to struggle in front of all the world to see especially when everyone is nog going to be kind or empathetic towards her. I understand what you're saying though that the documentary could serve a greater purpose. It just feels wrong to me because of how vulnerable she is but that's just my view

If "family" triggered the original red flag that caused Wells Fargo to freeze her accounts, that's going to be a helluva hurdle to overcome after the fact. Claims no access to her on the View. However then the family is seen on the documentary interacting with her. Showing her in the most vulnerable state...no wig....Wendy wouldn't ever be seen without it.

My thinking is they agreed to the documentary so as to show everything to the world. In another interview the niece mentioned shooting for the documentary ended sometime last year and she hasnt seen Wendy in over 9 months and is not sure where exactly Wendy is. Rules regarding conservatorships need to be analysed. Why wasnt the niece or sister asked to be the conservatorship? Regarding the hair, Wendy always talked about why she was wearing wigs on her show. My only question is if she already had a diagnosis of dementia at the taping of this documentary did she really consent to be interviewed and aired?

@@MacchiatoSwirlGirl lymph nodes are being blocked by fatty tumor like deposits of fat that continue to grow bigger in my skin. Dercums Disease causes my lymphedema, swelling, pitting, leaking lymph fluid thru my skin recently. Compression, massage and the right combo of meds allows me to feel ok.
