Retired Assisted Living Administrator here who specialized in dementia/alzheimers. They have Wendy in a locked Dementia unit to where she cannot leave. I have heard multiple recent interviews where she sounds very lucid. Dementia/alzheimers can sometimes have lucid moments, but, everything i have seen and heard tells me something else is going on. My training also includes noticing financial abuse from others. From what I have seen, the abuse is there. She has a son who should have Conservatory over her period!!! I am so disgusted by all this. A dementia/alzheimers resistance can also leave the facility with family.

@csjbookcorner. I'm a retired Behavior nurse and I've worked with these c she is sober now so that will effect her lucidity and communication. Didn't any one learn their lesson with the Britney Spears debacle? People need to do research before they go on these free anyone campaigns

@ fair enough. I understand the complexities of Dementia, but certainly do not have any place to speak on it. I hope we can agree on her needing to have the right, at least, to work with a different combination of people to oversee her care. You know how some people can feel more secure and safe with certain individuals; clearly she’s crossed that threshold of safety and security with her current situation. Again, my statement was hasty and not thought through. We can see that coherence in communication, which is why most of the viewers will react in the way I did. 🫶🏼
