Do you know if it is possible to use patina cream/liquid on the memory wire to make it closer to the color of your ear wire?
@thisbeadedlife4 жыл бұрын
Never tried that but I don't see why it wouldn't work.

Can you tell me the size of the memory wire you used ? I love the thinness of the one you used, im trying to make lightweight earrings.

Love the earring. On the one that you used beadcaps... Did you try to turn the cap around where it cradles the big beads instead?
@thisbeadedlife4 жыл бұрын
I did try that and I just liked the look better the other way. But you could do it either way

Thank you for sharing the tutorial. Do you make your earring cards? They're lovely.
@thisbeadedlife4 жыл бұрын
I do. They are just cardstock cut down to size and a stamp with my name on it. Very easy and very inexpensive!

Great looking hoop earrings. Can wire wrap the black spinel or beads with small holes to the outside of memory wire with 26 gauge wire, (for earrings or simple bracelets)
@jenniferr27573 жыл бұрын
you do not have to buy memory wire cutters go to harbor fright and buy some good with cutters I got them for 5 dollars and they cut the wire good . I had took some from husband but lost them so got my own now. He got new ones as well . As long as they are heavy duty.

Where did you get the navy blue bead? I never seen one like that I really like it.

I think it is a Jesse James bead. I did a haul awhile back.

Hi Wendy Those earrings are beautiful but I had a question and it isn’t about the earrings it’s about the Corianna chain. I have never used anything except beading wire and I was wondering on the ends of the Corianna chain do you use clam shells and E 6000 or how do you put an end on those chains so that you can put a clasp on there thank you and have a wonderful day!
@thisbeadedlife4 жыл бұрын
Hi Dina! Yes, I use clam shells and E6000. It works great for finishing coreana.

Instead of controlling the movement of the large hole bead, why not use bead stopper on the wire to keep the rondelle from sliding down into the large hole?
@miaromeo55224 жыл бұрын
I ALSO found out the hard way that you’re not supposed to use those for Memory Wire haha but I did the same as you, I just kept using the pair that I already had, and found super cheap wire cutters on eBay for like $2 each and bought three pair just for Memory Wire. That way if they get ruined at least they weren’t expensive!
