Love this project. Love the cuddle puddles. We just say calling all cuddle bunnies , and we all get to our spot on the couch either for movies and popcorn snacks time or reading, or just to talk about things. We just got a new puppy, he is funny running to the sofa trying to get in the middle. Best times.

I love these so beautiful and Christmassy. I remember saying to my granddaughters let’s huddle for a cuddle and they loved their Christmas music on while we made cards for everyone. They are 24 &27 but still remember those days. Thank you so much Wendy. Xxxx

Great pockets! I just received a lot of music paper so I’m looking forward to using it and making these pockets. I agree with you regarding the relationship with our grandchildren. My two grandsons are to old now to want to cuddle but it was so wonderful when we did. I miss it.

I have the inka gold version and we were warned not to put your finger in the jar because it goes kind if mouldy easily, always use a spatula and if they dry out only use distilled water to soften them. I guess it depends how fast you use it up! Fun project, they look great. 😘

Goodmorning Wendy thankyou for such beautiful content. I always enjoy your channel. You were talking about the green wax being to bright. Try adding blue or black wax to the green to darken it up. I'm sure you will find a ratio that works for you. Keep up the wonderful work. I know I am proud to watch a canadian content provider as so many of them seem to be from other countries. Thankyou

Boy that sure brought up some memories, we would get the JC Penny Christmas catalog and my son would sit for hours looking through that catalog. That was probably the only time he was quiet. These paper pockets are beautiful Wendy, I love the wax seals on them.

Hobby Lobby Carrie’s that gold wax in colors - I use it to finish metal on my refinished trunks .u need to buff it cause u can’t seal it.really pretty pockets & thanks for wrapping the twine around 2-3times .

You could add a little of the red into that Apple green wax to darken it. Red and green are opposite on the colour wheel so it should be ok.

I learned a great tip for tying string and ribbon. Instead of trying to hold the center with your fingertip or your scissors while you make the final loop of a bow or knot, use some reverse tweezers that pinch it tightly :-).

Hi Wendy, you can clean the Wax Spoon by melting the residue and carefully wipe it with a tissue. It's a bit challenging to let the residue dry and remove it by your fingernails or awl tool. Hope this helps. Great video and thanks for sharing! -Dave from the Philippines. 💙

Also, you were the very first person that inspired me to make journals and it was so many years ago that I can't remember when that was. But, in all of these years I thought that you lived in England. What???!!! You live in Eastern Canada. because i’m the mother of my grandchildren’ father, and they are not with the mother, i don’t get to see 3 out of 4 grandkids, and the youngest one, rarely. I guess the fathers parents are not important in their lives….any how…sorry….these are lovely pockets, love the music paper and the seals. If you want to clean the wax melter spoon, wipe it out with a baby wipe before it hardens. I use a wet wipe but some use them dry. Cleans them very well.
