Thank you for sharing this tip,I got so excited when I saw the title of the video,I ve been doing this technique for like a year ️now and I was like "omg,Wendy and I have the same hair secret!":) I reccomend trying to get a "baby crimper" it is like one third of the size of the normal crimper and gives great results!It works great for shorter hair as well and you dont need to worry that much about hiding the crimped areas. Also for extra volume I spray the crimped areas with dry shampoo,for even MORE volume I backcomb over the crimp and dry shampoo. And last thing-doing this acually helps me go an extra Day without washing my hair,since its lifted from the roots,it doesnt get greasy!

Love this technique! It can actually give you even more lift if after crimping and cooling you go in with your fingertips and break up the crimped sections a bit to 'fuzz' them up :)

Hey, Wedny, we really missed you! It's good to see you again and I hope to see more videos from you from now on! I'm from Bulgaria and the girls here often use this cripming technique to add volume to their hair, but it's not considered very fashionable especially when you can see the crimped parts of the roots. I would recommend for the girls who wanna try it taking care in hiding it by leaving thicker strands of hair on top. Be well! :)
