I think the price differences at 19:25 has to do with whether the shirts have a side seam or not (I could definitely be wrong through). Where I live in NC they charge $4.99 for shirts with a side seam and $2.99 for shirts without the side seam.

Stapling the price tag onto the clothes is crazy! You’re lucky you have cheap goodwills though. Denver GWs price the shirts anywhere from $2-$8. Usually on the higher side
