Hey bro. I've read one of your comments regarding the RGB issues with the hyperx alloy elite. I'm having issues now that some keys are not showing the correct colors. How'd you fix it?

I did a factory reset several times, but it only worked on the older version of Ngenuity, not the one from the Microsoft Store. After all, I uninstalled Ngenuity. From now on, the keyboard works normally, although there are no lighting effects that I would like, I just use factory-installed profiles, because any interference in the keyboard software causes errors in the backlight (no lighting or accidental flickering of the keys)

@@MateuszCzarnecki1983 thanks! I'll see what I can do later. 5 keys are out of sync in color. It's weird though that yesterday they were back to normal. I just noticed it again today.
