It's a cake for crying out loud. I understand that this could work with random people, But majority of my life doing Bday cakes have not gotten me sick from blowing out my own candles. If the person is sick, Then I understand and should have someone else do it if people are so germophobic. Don't let this fear stop you from having good memories. I'm only 1 minute in and I'm already out. If you're afraid of the germs you might catch from someone blowing out candles, stay home and get some mental heath help. For real, you HAVE to live your life. If you're that afraid, get electric candles and let your child enjoy the thrill of turning off the switch, then make sure you put them back in their Iron Lung so that the outside world may not touch them.
