"He chose to say it wasn't an accident, it was a goal." Oh, I'm dying!!! Lmao!!! I had only one teacher who made any sort of impact on me: My freshman year history teacher, Mr. Simmons. He would tell us the dirty historical secrets our textbooks refused to relinquish. He made history amazingly fun and interesting. He died quite young, in his mid 40's. Very sad I was never able to thank him.

I’m pretty new here. I saw the furniture video when it went viral but just found your channel after the John parody. You are absolutely hilarious and I haven’t laughed at videos like this in a long time. Just been binge watching your this wine tastes like crap videos all morning and wanted to tell you that you’re great and I’m so glad to have found your channel, especially since seasonal depression is kicking my ass already, I needed the laughs, thank you! Sending my❤️ from Chicago.

I had two teachers i liked. My biology teacher was the nicest person ever and made basically every lesson into a game. And my drama teacher was the first person i came out to and she really encouraged my makeup wearing. On the flipside my headmaster was ruthlessly homophobic and fought with me every day to take my makeup off (back then it was smudgey eyeliner) and i rarely got bullied from other students but his bullying pushed me to quit school. Like he proper robbed me. So the day i quit i put on a full face of black metal corpsepaint and stormed into his office laid out all my feelings (calling him a cunt multiple times) then left.

I had three teachers over the years that would go out of their way to bully me because I have a maths disability. The one teacher I DID like, was also a bit of an arse who, rather than attempting to soothe a child that was struggling through an abusive home life, chose to say "life gets worse." I mean, they weren't wrong, but, thanks.

Jesus H Christ you look gorgeous, Lympie! That makeup is perfection. I wish you would do more 'serious' singing: that voice is too good to waste. This may be my favourite TWTLC: so many great lines. I had a few horrible teachers, including one homophobic male grade school teacher who beat the living shite out of my lifelong gay bestie. He took a brief leave but kept his job teaching 6th graders. Fortunately, though, we had several very inspiring teachers, including our English, Humanities and Journalism teacher who inspired us to become writers. Clearly, Olympia, you made the most of the education you got. There are loads of smart people who could never be funny. But funny people are nearly always very smart, creative, talented and clever. ❤

I know I’m late to this, but I’m relatively new here. My only inspirational teacher was my band teacher in Junior High. He loved what he did. He called people out on their bullshit, but he was also friendly and kind. The teacher that has control of their class the entire time, but fear wasn’t a factor in that control. We respected him, and we wanted to hear his stories. He was funny and so incredibly talented. We won competitions. I had more problematic teachers than good ones, unfortunately. My math teacher in 9th grade can rot in hell. I was a straight A student and never gave him a reason to dislike me. I had pneumonia, and we didn’t know until part way through the day. I had a 105 degree fever, could barely stay awake, and during his class, I was starting to get really weak. I asked to go to the office, and he said, ‘you women and your girl problems. I am teaching. You can sit down and stop wasting my time.’ TW: Mention of the words, ‘sexual harassment,’ but no description. We also had an English teacher that fancied herself a feminist. Ha! The way she set up her class, students sat in a horseshoe shape, so she could walk around. It meant you were in these tiny sections of desks. She loved correcting offensive idioms and phrases, especially those that were offensive or possessive of women. I had one student behind me, and he was sexually harassing me constantly. I’d tell him to stop, and he would refuse. One day, I went to her and asked to be moved. She was a feminist, so I assumed I was safe. When she declined, I told her why I was hoping for a desk change. She. Gave. Me. Detention. I’m not religious, but I will believe in hell if you can assure me she’s there.

One of our teachers (at a very overpriced/posh school) got hired after getting arrested for growing weed in his house. When questioned he said it was a botany experiment. -.- Dumbass. He wasn't even a good teacher! He was a Terrible Terrible petty teacher. He was mean to kids who were smarter than he was who were driven to go to medical school & NEEDED a solid biology teacher. He had us coloring pictures (literally) for about 65% of the time.
