no bathroom, as a camper van owner (2019 Zion SRT) after living in our van for a year and a half, we found the bathroom to be the most important feature in a van, for us. Next would be lithium power, love the freedom of not needing hook ups and always having power, from solar and just driving.

I was just thinking about your guys. We are on our way to Florida to visit our daughter. We have 3 huskies now. They have a channel. It’s called ( three husky family) not very active channel but we want to change that. we have family watching our babies while we are away. Broke my heart leaving them. I need to check out your home base. Our home base is in Tennessee. If you look up our cabin life at Eden springs channel you will see where we got robbed at the home base. Thank you for the security information. We have installed lots of cameras but always interested in what’s new in the way of security. Love your new van! It’s awesome! Nice to see you are doing well. We got the Wyze cameras and love that there is no monthly fee. Just something to check out if you want a fee free system. We love it.

We met last October at the Adventure Van Expo in Chattanooga. Kait gave me two Storyteller shirts and invited us to come over that night to sit around the fire. Sorry we did not walk over - the mosquitos came out strong so stayed inside.! We have a 2018 Ford Transit 250 that converted and we love it. Your home base is southern Indiana? So is ours - we live in Seymour, so we cannot be too far apart. Maybe our paths will cross sometime. There is a great Harvest Host site not too far from Salem - First Miracle Winery - we should meet up there sometime - it is way out in the country and very quiet. An Amish bakery is nearby and a great little ice cream shop too. The pizza at First Miracle is great! And a really nice couple run it. We are headed to Colorado Springs in 10 days for a week-long conference. Be safe out there!

Nice to watch your adventures. Wish I could get comfortable driving our 22’9” Sprinter van. It just feels so long, a bit wide, and slightly “tippy,” but I’m sure it would not tip over. Changing lanes in a long vehicle is what bugs me. I’m sure practice is just what I need! Good to see you both share the driving. I need to get over the fear and just do it. (FYI-I drive a tiny VW Jetta most days!)

Yes, practice is a must and you will NOT tip over 😀. Kait and I both used to drive our 30 foot motorhome towing a Jeep and it was a breeze so you can definitely get comfortable, it just takes time. Try driving it more places like a normal car and you'll be a pro in no time.
