I actually really appreciate this video! One thing that's always bothered me about the lore of Werewolf is that if Gaian exorcism doesn't work, what about Christian Theurgy from Inquisitors? Or using Resurrection from Sorceror's which a kinfolk can use to revive a now-dead human now cleansed of the bane, using the squash healing talen, which even works on agg wounds? What about working with a (kinfolk) Mage? COuld THEY pull a bane out of femori without killing them? Or what about those wounds femor sustain with Gaian exorcism? Are they agg or lethal, cause with a Garou with Cedwin's Blood (level 2 Fiana) they can absorb the injuries of others into themselves as the injury, ie, Garou absorbs lethal damage as lethal. So in theory a dedicated Garou medic could, at great pain, ensure the survival of an entire pack of femori if they had an exorcist, a femori proof net, and if those exorcism injuries as agg, then squash talens, if only to be used on themselves, not the former femori to make the spirits less unhappy in that usage. Inquisitive Coggie Ragabash want to know It seems there are So many mechanical workarounds, somebody had to have kitbashed a femori cleanser however cumbersome and situational, before the Romans, but certainly by the middle ages. I say all of this because it's not really a problem if storytellers don't LET it become a problem with small sensible alterations to the lore, but my experience is most of these players want theme, however illogical over organic worldbuilding with the toolset. It's the same way with vampires walking in the sun, MULTIPLE ways around this problem IF Sts are conducive to it without ever modifying the base sun exposure penalties. But they don't. So what's more accurate? The version that subordinates Watsonian worldbuilding to themes, or Watsonian worldbuilding that ignores the themes and treats powers like technology? Cause in cases like this, which are not marginal, you have to choose whether people are going to be people and use the tools they have access to, to bbuild the best life they can or if this is a gothic stereotype where the characters are in service to the themes.

Trying to combine lore from the different sourcebooks can be a massive headache, because it's more about making the experience of playing each of these entities as fun and exciting as possible, and glorifying them while denigrating their enemies. It's less about realism and more about making as much of an attempt to be as internally consistent as you can be, and handwaving everything else away. What you've written is really interesting, and you've clearly put a lot of thought into it! I doubt there will ever be a 'definitive' answer in any future source material, BUT I think you should take your best guess of how things would/could/should shake out, get a group together, and play it out!

They do, they’re just under different names. The Wyld’s got gorgons, and the Weaver has drones.

@@dullaham8444 Also Gaia has Kamis, but those are always voluntary and beneficial for the possessed, as fr as lore goes. Space is given for Sts to change that though, as per usual.
