I am 4 years clean and sober. I was addicted to iv meth and opiates. I also drank until black out drunk and did ghb every day the last year of my active addiction. RHQ got me through my addiction with his music. He put his heart into his music. His songs make you feel when you hear them. Got me through some pretty dark times. I just wish he could have made it through his addiction also. He passed the day before my 38th birthday. I wish he had lived to see how beautiful life is once you rise from the ashes. The world is so vibrant and beautiful again in the aftermath of addiction. It hurts my heart every time someone loses the battle. It really hit me hard when it was RHQ because some type of way got me through some hard days that I really felt some type of way about pretty much everything.
