I think the TLR-1HL is a great value in lights. If you read comments on my torture test video, an incredible number of citizens and professionals are quite happy with their Streamlights.

Just ordered the universal tlr hl holster for my m&p 2.0 10mm as well as the tlr hl. I use the tlr sub on my hellcat and the pl mini 2 on a lot of pistols this will be my first full size light. Looking forward to testing it.

@@WerkzHolsters I would say the TLR-7A could spawn three different universal holsters. One OWB, one IWB, and one slim IWB for things like a 365 or Hellcat. I'm praying for a TLR-9 Outlier so I could swap between my Sig and Canik, but I know that light isn't nearly as popular.

I just got my M6 holster for my 48MOS. It’s perfect. I carried it in an Amazon special for a few weeks then got my 407K2 and had to dremel that one to fit the optic. Then came the TLR7 and back on line going through dozens of sites. Many were out of stock. Decided on Werkz and happy I did. I’m a holster loop guy, so I ordered the soft loops with my M6.. I didn’t realize just how good the included clip is. Might not even use the loops

Thank you guys for including HK and CZ75. I really appreciate your work. It would be interesting if you reconsider the universal holster with olight, specifically the Valkyrie Turbo with LEP technology. Because LEP system its becoming relevant in the tactical flashlight industry, that Surefire has their own equivalent with X300 turbo.

My experience with universal holsters is they are okay for range work and testing out new guns, but not for EDC. I've had both the IWB and OWB versions of the Floodlight and was just way too big and the retention was so so at best. The IWB was so big it was uncomfortable. It was like shoving a small car down your pants....lol.....I'm sure Werkz will be offering a quality product as always, just realize though that there is not one holster that will cover all your needs and do it well and comfortably.

There's always pros and cons to something like this. The main con would be the size, if you are running a smaller setup. However you may have 0 options outside of this for you setup, which is something to consider. As for retention, I think you'd be pleasantly surprised with it!

Yeah, we don't have "all" fitment either. The Steyr rail is too low for proper fitment. And 1911s / 2011s sit too low in the holster (trigger guard isn't as long).

Question, by any chance will the Outlier holster hold the LA Police Gear XWL weapon light? It's a TLR-1 clone that will fit in the OWB Blackhawk Omnivore TLR holster. I have both types of lights on my pistols and it'd be pretty sweet to have a universal IWB holster I can just drop a gun into without having to take lights on and off, similar to the Omni.

Are the belt loops on the back on the Outlier screwed in and removable or are they permanently attached? Asking because this is something I'd love to run with an attachment setup like the safariland QLS system to easily be able to swap holsters on my belt when at the range.. apologies if that's something you've already covered in the past

If you look on their website page for the holster they can be swapped and actually you can put the IWB c hooks on them

As DerWaidmann said, they can be swapped for things like C-Hooks for IWB. All you need is a Phillips head screwdriver. However, this holster does NOT work with Safariland attachments, like the QLS. You would be looking at the M7 holster for Safariland compatibility.

How's the fit on a thicker pistol like an HK45C? I go between that and a G19, and holsters for that HK are very few and far between

Plenty of slide / frame clearance, as well as the controls. We weren't able to properly fit the TLR1 on the HK45C, but it works great with the HK45 (full size).

@@WerkzHolsters I had to modify a couple of the mounting keys to get the TLR1 to work on my HK45C. But glad to hear that the full size worked, so my compact shouldn't be an issue
