Why did he fall, Dad? Because son, that what a Hero is. It's easy to fight when you never lose. When a man is beaten and bloody, pained by his pride, stolen of strength, eroded of endurance when he has lost his Love, Hope, joy, and pride, That when we see the metal of a man. Does he rise up, to regain that which he lost, or does he lie down and die, to submit to those that would take it from him. Wouldn't it be easier to just submit? Yes, it would. That, my son, is why he is a Hero. He is not made of Steel, yet he fights like he was. He is not devoid of weakness, yet he moves to overcome them. He fights not because it is fun, not because of his pride, but because he must. He must rise again, to regain what he lost and protect those he loves. He doesn't need those powers, those costumes, those gadgets or gizmos, to be a hero. All you need is the will not lie down, not to surrender, and when the time is right, to rise above those that would do you, and this world, wrong.

If you want to get technical, it also means that you will face a likely bloody and tragic end, most likely on a battlefield, poison, or your own devices. Even if you're remembered afterward, Especially if you're remembered afterward. It means you lived a life of honor, bravery, and at some point of your life even selflessness. But you either died before your time, some act of the gods killed you, or the acts of someone scheming your downfall prevails. Or maybe you live your life to it's near conclusion, only to die in one last fight in old age against a legendary beast, or having failed some self imposed quest. My sources are: the legend of King Arthur (killed by his son), Gilgamesh (died of old age after failing to achieve immortality or bring back a plant to restore the youth of all his subjects), Beowulf (died to the poisonous blood of a dragon he killed during his twilight years with only one other person to help), Heracles (died because Hera told his second wife to coat his shirt in centaur blood, the poisonous/acidity of the blood killed him), Achilles, Cu Chuliann (died on his feet tied to a standing stone after solo fighting an army for the second time, only this time being weakened by The Morgan and having his side pierced by a spear before the fight even began), etc.

And, years later tell how they stood for hours in the cold rain just to catch a glimpse of the one who taught them to hold on a second longer. Some say a hero is only a hero when they're alive, and when they die, if their deeds and life were truly worthy, truly Grand and awe inspiring, they become a legend. But the fate of all legends does not end there, after enough time passes, and if they are still remembered, then they become myths, some deeds maybe exaggerated a little, maybe say they were the child of a god. But if the myth stands the test of time, then it might just come to pass that evidence of either the once hero, or a battle he fought, will be found in the distant future, and the myth would once again be reality

samoyed samoyed there’s a way., there’s always a way, to acknowledge that we all going to the other adventure, sooner or later, we all follow the same path, but death is not the end., throughout the history of mankind, we have wonder, what is after this life, nothing ? Or something else., but what proof do we have on this ? Milleniums passed that way, dark thought is thinking this indeed, but in this darkness and lonely thought we have proof that shines on this!!! Yeshua the one who could “brings”life after death from beyond, and the one to proof that there’s another chapter after the book of our life writes on our paper “the end” ., this is how we lived 2022 years ago., until HE came and conquered death it self. Live with no fear! , treasure life ! and live with God on your heart! live!!! until we are called to the next chapter. - KAL - EL means GOD WITH HIM. Superman was created with the idea of the messiah after the second war world by Gerry and joe. The messiah is Superman and Superman is YESHUA.

He fell to the ground. His muscles ached. Blood pooled around him. He had failed to protect them. His home, his family, his friends, all gone. He had failed. He had no one left. No fight left in him. Them had called him a warrior, a hero. But what would they think of him now. A pitiful excuse for a soldier. He closed his eyes as his words he had spoken so long ago rang in his head. The words he had spoken to his troops. "You call yourselves soilders. You call yourselves heros. Look at you. Sitting down and mourning the loss of a battle we haven't even began. People have layed down their lives so we can win this battle. This war. You sitting here has made them die in vain. Get up soilder. Use up every ounce if energy you have until you collapse on the floor. Fight until you cannot fight anymore. Only then will you win this war. Only then will you have honered the ones who have died. Get up soilder. Get up." He stands up shakily. His limbs weak. He picked up his sword, looking up at the ash and smoke billowing from his home. There stands his enemy. He will fight until the deaths have been honoured. Until the war has been won. He will fight, until there is no battle left to win. He will avenge his home and family. One way or another. What is it to have a hero? It is loving them as they fight the impossible battles. It is standing in awe as they look evil in the face, and smirk. It is revelling in their victory, cheering them on. Because they are perfect. It is flinching when they take a hit. It is your heart breaking as they lose the fight. It is hating them when they fight the wrong battle. Because how dare they be less than perfect? How dare they be human? How dare they be like us? But then... It is you failing in the moment but getting back up. It is you forgiving others and yourself for the mistakes of the past. It is you giving kindness and compassion to another who needs it more than you. Because the world isn't perfect, and neither are you. And in that moment, you realise, this is what heroes are: People. Good, kind, cruel, bad, Foolish, intelligent, broken, compassionate, Flawed, People. Only people can be heroes. So what are you waiting for?

Looking at this scene and combining it with the title, here's what I imagine is going on: The Justice League has just been through a colossal battle in which the fate of the world and all of humanity hung in the balance. In the end, Batman managed dealt a blow that permanently neutralized the enemy, and thereby saved everyone on Earth - but it cost him his life. Maybe better to teach him how to pull himself up and explain it to him now, so he understands without thinking you're abandoning him. That way he can help others pull themselves up as well, rather than thinking that everyone is on their own in life. Even batman had Alfred their to offer advice and support, he didn't do everything alone.

This doesn't only go to all heros, but non heros as well. Those who suffer from depression, you're not alone. This isn't the end. Fight for what you believe, not what others want you to believe. Never give up even if you feel you have to, fight snd be strong for those who are up above and wanting you to not give up. We're here for a purpose, some may not know their true purpose but someday we will and until that someday we gotta raise or heads up and stand strong even if we're not, even if we have failed until we have succeeded

It’s been over a month since my very last football game ever, and I still think about everything that’s happened that night to this day. I listen to this from the day after and now, makes me feel depressed. I asked my father the day after the game “what now?” He said to me, “Son, you just gotta move on and live on with your life.” For days I’ve cried, but I always think of what my dad said, and he’s right. I still feel pain, but now it’s time for me to move on and be strong. Part of me might have died, but the rest of me is still alive!!!

I have been seeing this comment here and there in songs and it has been bugging me, untill I realized it is a sophistry, something meant to sound wise and profound to hide the fact that it is a lie. In this case it is just a phrase without meaning, it is like saying it will rain today unless it does not, which is true but provided you no additional knowledge. More accurately it is like telling you that if you wait long enough it will rain, unless you die before it rains. The true reading of this phrase is you will either live all your life being a hero to its end or become a vilain before it ends. Thus, True heroes are defined by the fact that they remained heroes to the end, a truth far more inspiring that I personally prefer. It is a vilains quote, meant to demotivate the hero and promote despair.
@VicRibeiro7774 жыл бұрын
@@trot567 for true heroes, hope never dies. Not even in death. Thank you for pointing out this was a villain, many people will read this and think, hey, that is pretty accurate. No, it is not. Yes, there are "heroes" that stumble and fall, and some turn and become heroes, but not all. Faith, Hope, Love.
@entonnigma90493 жыл бұрын
You say it's meaningless. You say it's meant to inspire despair. You ssy it's a Villain's quote... Though from the mouth of a villain, Bruce Wayne couldn't keep up with the villains, as time caught up to his Batman persona. He simply couldn't stay in well enough physical form to be the Dark Knight. He never watched himself become the villain. Instead, he continued. Even after Alfred's passing, he continued his mission, as inspired by Alfred's ..."So we can learn to pick ourselves up," as an "Oracle," for the next Caped Crusaders. Though he may not be able to hold the front, anymore, he continued to get the villains in the ways he COULD. He just. Kept. Fighting. Dying... A hero. You say it inspires despair. I see it inspired determination. You say it's a Villain's quote. I see it making heroes. You say it's meaningless. I see it have a deeper meaning than ever understood before... Live as a hero. Die as a hero. Nothing less.
