Sorry to say that but in my career of bodybuilding of 18 yrs no such fact is noticable but for me it is only noticable if I am on my final last month of show then we only consume chest other than that it's harmful , if u don't trust continue for 3 years daily and don't consume any fat then you will surely die.

Akash ji, why don't you refer Ayurveda also. In Ayurveda, it is told that one should eat less after sunset , because Jathar Agni becomes low in evening and night. In many interviews , Akshay Kumar has also told that after 6:30, one should not eat.

@@WeRStupid Sir I agree with you about the lifestyle of people being change in today's time and I also agree with you about eating carbs at night but I just wanted to say that there are very less percentage of youth that are working in night shifts I have also done night shifts before and as far as what I have observed is that even if I have a healthy carb meal at night I did not feel hungry uptill sunrise but after having breakfast I used to be hungry after 2-3 hours that's when i read a lot about Ayurveda and did found that metabolism thing.You make amazing videos sir.Thank you

So basically it all depends on the time we sleep. If there is short gap between our sleeping time and dinner time it may lead weight gain. But if the difference is sufficient it will not.

It is just a suggestion brother that if you could start making videos in English language, that would attract viewers from around the world (captions/subtitles are helpful but people focus on more on spoken words). you r right.if you see my picture you do see that I have lost a considerable amount of weight.I skipped carbs for lunch(office I take salads) I eat carbs in the night(idly,dosa,roti)I still lost 70 lbs.Its just a myth.
