When i first started Band in school i was only 7 and Mr. Turk caught me on my tip toes looking through the window of the door , He asked me to come in then He said "If you could play any Instrument which one would You choose?" I pointed at the Saxophone , i was really shy , He said "that's what i play " he pulled out his Selmer Tenor Sax and said if You can make a good sound come out of this i'll talk to the Principal and ask if you can join us . Had to stand on a chair and let it hang down to play it but once He showed me where to place my fingers left top right bottom i began to play it , He was a good Man my parents couldn't afford a Sax so He gave me His. Within a week i was playing Wendy and Raindrops keep falling on my head by ear by week 2 i was first chair . Music is such a beautiful Gift God gave us , i've learned not to take it for granted and give God the Credit ! This Song brought back so many memories . You have been an inspiration and a blessing to me already. Thank You so very much for being YOU. Peace Love and Joy be multiplied to You...
