I have same exact question as another subscriber below! Leave or revive an old personal account for a new more concrete idea. I've got 2000 personal followers with pretty high engagement, lots of commenting and discussion, lots of direct messages. Used to be active and grew to 2K in 2 months 5 years ago. Then slowed down. Now, every time I OCCASIONALLY post, I see the followers number melting down, although most engaged followers are still there. Would love to see a video on ABANDONED, NEGLECTED ACCOUNTS with 2k+ followers. What to do, Jade? Leave or revive? (BTW: you are AWESOME! Falling in love in a good way! Thank you!)

@@arishadashkoff In your case I think I would continue on your current account. My case is a bit more tricky I fear, with my engagement being low even back in the day, so maybe it's not worth it anyway. I think because of this + psychological reasons I'm going to go with a new one. I feel like I would be too self conscious since most of the followers including my friends might not even be into what I do. I think I'd rather start from zero and give it my best to really grow than to be starting from 1,5k but be afraid of opinions and unfollowers. In the long run starting from zero but with full engines on will probably result in faster growth.

I agree❤ I also think Instagram is in agony😢😂 It became super hard to share content, not mentioning to grow. Simply does not show your posts/activity even to your friends. Like an Incredibly frustrating demanding narcissistic relative that always wants your effort/energy 😅 a black hole. I also agree about focusing on FB - in my opinion, It will always be “in fashion” as has super power - strong visual/text platform (solid classic) I used to hate tik tok😂not knowing it. It appeared MUCH much more fun, convenient, smart, easy to use, user intuitive interface compared to Instagram at the moment! Instagram is lost in race - I want to be everything to everyone doing good for no one😅

Thank you so much! I have a question: I started my account years ago and i got a lot of engagement. Then I changed my style 3-4 times and every time I changed my style, I deleted all my previous artwork. I did this several times (5-6 times), that every time I deleted all my previous artworks and started over. Most followers were gained in the beginning. Now my engagement is awful although I post daily, it's getting worse and worse. My concern of starting new account is that it'll be hard in the beginning as well. I might not get any view or 0 followers for a while. What do you suggest in this case? I would love to start over, but not sure if it's the best strategy. Thank you!
