I was just in Tampa last week. The Real Estate market is crazy. Was looking for a new construction home but it seemed like most of the builders were untrustworthy. I think im going to wait till Winter when the market hopefully slows. I did visit the Wesley Chapel area. The lagoon down there is super nice.

I'm thinking about a new build as well and coming down next month to check out some stuff. You indicated builders were untrustworthy. Were there specific things they were saying that put up a red flag for you? Also, if you don’t mind, what particular builder, or builders, are you referring to?

@@DannyPerry160 Im hearing the overall construction is just bad because they are rushing and using poor materials. Builders such as DR Horton, Lennar, Ryan Homes and other large companies are developing master planned neighborhoods, but are backed up because the inventory is so low. All those companies have tons of bad reviews and consumer complaints. Im thinking It would probably be better to go with a local builder with a good reputation in the city.
