I have a question. If surgeon's charge is Rs 165000/- in non empanelled hospital for ipd treatment , what amount can one get after claim submission ( bed above 80), ? Is there any rate chart for surgeon's charge ?

Charges of anything under WBHS depends upon the disease. As you have not mentioned the disease, it could not be told. There no specific rate chart available to me at present as its a Govt. Memorandum and not available on internet. You can contact to the concerned WBHS Section for more information in this regard. Thanks for asking question.
