I'm glad that you never start your drone clips from a standstill or leave a clip when the drone comes to a stop. It's something so simple, but it makes a lot of drone work look terrible to me. Speaking from my 0 minutes of flight time with a drone. 😆 What a rollercoaster of emotions this trip is. Scotland is the best. I also wish I could move to there.

Hi Mr Head, I would imagine that if you had the stock air filter fitted you would have far fewer problems, that exposed forward facing air filter element wont like running in heavy rain. Just a thought , I enjoy the videos , have fun Mick.

That's my theory, that air filter is gonna suck up all the road spray and stay wet until the moisture slowly vapourises and goes through the jets.. That air filter should be a summer filter, I wouldn't wanna have the extra stress for aesthetic reasons only 💁‍♂️

Totally agree no way would I take that little bike on such a journey with such an impractical air filter fitted to it your just asking for trouble , should have left the original honda filter fitted .

yeah, think we almost take the roads and scenery for granted up here at times. The mighty monkey is certainly brilliant for exploring the back roads and not so well known routes. Some of the reasons for me buying one! Glad you got sorted with the electrical issues. 😁🤘🏻👍🏻

Worst thing you could have done is jet washing, water will jet in all the electronics. Don't worry about cosmetics, keep it waterproof and lubricated.

Lacklustre top end and high oil consumption on a low mileage engine =. Kinked breather hose. Bad starting from cold = loose air filter and exhaust confusing the EFI making it run rich. . Did the bike run better after N Wales?

No it didn’t 😂🤣 I’ve got some serious rebuild to do after this. Hopefully I’ll find an awesome garage that wants to rebuild and fix me engine 🤔😉

Has it not got an airleak with that wobbly intake? Must be messing with the electronics especially if water getting sucked in too? Get some wd40 next garage stop to disperse the moisture.

Is your jacket heater run off the bikes battery, running the battery down - perhaps its not getting a chance to top up?

Should of left it std, once you start messing with pipes and the air box they never run the same, to get 10-15mph extra its not worth it

Honda build great bikes when they leave the factory they are set up right, and then modifications by people make them unreliable that’s a fact. It’s ok if your just knocking around near home but doing serious miles away you loose the reliability that’s what I was getting at, I spent 12 years working for Honda in R&D the amount of money 💰 spent in that dept is for a reason. I was just stating a point If you put on a pipe after market and alter the air intake and alter the ECU the bike needs to go back in the dealer and be set up properly otherwise you can have it with less power running weak burning valves out Ect For 10-15 mph it’s not worth it
