This is an awesome routine! Exciting/fantastic ending! The crowd erupted, standing ovation - and Ben McHenry (husband of Cameo) ran in-between the stands with his hands up & high fiving everyone (and the woman next to me (saw him running with his hands up) and said 'Who was that?) - I said that was her husband (he was very proud). Magic moment!

i know before you say it, i am just old man who just doesn't get it. most of todays west coast swing so called Pop music had nothing to do with the music for dancing. most of us know know the story of the Emperor's New let of clothes. i believe and was taught with a down in the floor kind of music. i believe that is what made West Coast Swing so different from the Mother Ship in Lindy hop. Lindy hop is a up dance and west coast is a down dance. if you really know your dances and music you know what is am saying. i don't know when it changed, but when i talk to the old times they say that is what the dancer of today want . Pop music, just my experencice Pop had no soul, but for some reason no one will talk about it. (Emperor's New let of clothes ) i know a west coast swing dancer and she said she can dance to almost anything. i believe people today believe that for some reason, but the music had to be the center of the dance. this performance with Ben Morris and Cameo McHenry, the music made them do what they did. the music had a Pulse a Soul, they tapped into the Pulse and the Soul to make this one of the Best Dance Routine i have ever seen.
