Have you ever been to West Edmonton Mall? What’s your favourite part?

I have been to west ed once and it was so fun I went on the Mind Bender
@KevinStudent6 жыл бұрын

I’ve been to West Ed lots of times. It’s my favourite mall ever, I don’t know which parts my favourite. I’m just starting to learn how to take the bus there. I’m not allowed to go alone though since the malls so big and it takes an hour to get there. But it’s awesome. Southgate’s pretty good too if you just want to grab a bit to eat or hang out with friends after school especially if you live in the south side/ or Go to DSM school or Harry anley ( it’s a high school but I didn’t spell it right) like I do. But there awesome.

It's actually insane how big it is! Full on water park and amusement park, amongst other things. Thanks for checking out my video!

Omg why does that mall have a ship in it??! Ok the theme park and water park have me sold lol. Oh hah you explained the ship... This is such a cool tradition! Every time I'm traveling north in Florida I stop at the Busy Bee, which is basically a huge rest stop with all sorts of fun food stands and super clean bathrooms hah.
@KevinStudent6 жыл бұрын
The mall is sooooo massive! There even used to be a submarine where the ship is! Are there lots of Busy Bee spots? I didn't see any when I was down there.

Living in Saskatchewan, I like getting out whenever I can (who wouldn't haha), but, of all my travel destinations, I've been to Edmonton more than anywhere else, and I always end up spending pretty well 3 days at the mall. One for the pool, 1 for shopping, and 1 to just be a tourist and check stuff out, play mini golf/in the arcades, stuff like that. I miss the 5 level playdium they used to have there back in like 2000. Gah, now I wanna go again. It has been a couple years since my last visit, still probably at least another before my next. Nice vid :)
@KevinStudent6 жыл бұрын
jonnybobbo there’s really so much to do there! It’s actually a perfect spot for tourist stuff because like you said, you can spend days there and still have more to do! Thanks for checking out the video. I’m glad you liked it!

The recession basically killed the dragon. The company that would repair it went bankrupt. So eventually there was no one to fix the dragon when it would break down. They kept it turned off for awhile but eventually the theater just removed it.

Ryan Wequ yeah, I remember it at least being there for a while. It’s a shame, that thing was awesome!

kusai001 that’s wild that they had to straight up take it down because of that! Even though it didn’t blow fire, it was still pretty cool!

Kevin Clements haha I’m rubbing a liiiiiittle behind on editing. This one was filmed March 30 - still way to late for snow though. I had a laugh about their “hurricane simulator”. Horrible way to waste $2 haha! When I win the lottery, I’ll get a pair of those shoes! Not likely until then!
@miamidolphinsfan6 жыл бұрын
I;ll say LOL like 2 months LOL If I won the lottery I'd probably get them too LOL !!! Summer is definitly back in Florida - was 94º F this afternoon !!
