China didn't attended because Russia wasn't invited. It wasn't about peace with Russia anyway. It was about getting support from the Nations who did attend. 80 signed up for help to Ukraine. As for the Nations who didn't sign to the Swiss Peace Summit it is one thing to feel for Ukraine but it is another thing to compromise your economy when your Country is heavily reliant economically on Russia.
