Really enjoyed that, David. Lovely flying. Great footage. 👍 I never go up the west end, so I enjoyed having a good look around. Great video my friend ❤

Fantastic privilege to go on this journey with you David. A video that's well worth making and sharing. I did a similar one and it brought back a lot of memories. 👌 Sorry to see you lived in an all-weather pitch though 😜

Thanks, So many good houses demolished to build this when the facilities all ready existed just up the road. But I hadn't seen it until I put the drone up, it was quite a shock. Now living in Cumbria that's like an all weather pitch, well mostly rain.

Most of my family are in there and my brother still lives on the West Rd just around from the entrance. I keep telling him it's nice and handy.

Never made it "inside" the A1, apart from a very quick visit to the Angel of the North. I must go sometime, and see the main sites of Tyneside.

Very, very nice. Sad to see places you've known and loved disappear isn't it? My primary and secondary schools disappeared many decades ago. Houses where I grew up still exist though (well 3 out of 4!). What was the fascinating building around 04:15? Greenhouses inside? Lovely video and thanks for sharing.

That John Marley school mate. Been closed for many decades now like but there's a gym on one side and those green houses are where the council grow the flowers and plants which we all see on round abouts and hanging baskets in the town centre. Take care mate 👍👍👍
