Seeing their goodbye to the old ground, it's so sad. I am so glad that Liverpool choose to renovate to increase the capacity, instead of moving to a new ground. Liverpool without Anfield is unthinkable. Let's hope that the expansion will be good for another 25-30 years.

This makes me remember the last match at my clubs former stadium, Råsunda, and I shared the same feelings as the people in this clip, and it catches me so emotional, because I remember when people ripped the stands up, cut a piece of grass and so on, just to remember a place that ment so very much to alot of us. always called it Upton Park- went twice with Newcastle in mid-late 80's and they always had a special reception for the geordies back then and it was reciprocated back at st james for them but respect where its due to the cockneys- great ground and loyal game fans. Great stadium I used to go to Green street to shop and stuff as I live up north unfortunately and I come to London now and then and I would mostly come on match days without remembering that its a match day but it was awsome seeing the atmosphere the crowd shouting the cheers so many memories. I'm with the West Ham North American Academy and when me and 15 other Americans were invited to train with the english academy for a month we played a scrimmage at the ground and went to a game vs Sunderland and when Antonio scored that goal to go 1-0 up the stadium went insane it was an amazing experience. Now I'll be training with Chievo Verona for the next year and I'll probably stay and join the academy full time
