As a Liverpool fan (hate having to preface comments with that), I just wanted to say you are a credit to your football club. Kept your chin up, appreciated the football (although you didn't like the result), and stayed till the end, kept supporting throughout. Things will turn around. West Ham are a huge club in an affluent city. You just need owners who have ambition, and a football set up to match. You drew the short straw out of yourselves and Tottenham for the stadium, as it's lost it's soul and intimidation as it's not designed to be a football ground, but I hope things get better for you asap. As an aside, I come from the same area as Jarrod Bowen, and my friend is related to him (2nd cousin). Saw him once in the Summer at our local Co-Op. Great player, but don't think he's captain material for you guys, but that is subjective. All the best.

We play in a stadium that was built in 1937. It is called De Kuip. The toilets stink, the concrete stairs crumble, but you are a few yards away from the pitch. When we jump the players can feel it on the pitch.if we score the cameras are shaking so people see that on their tv screens. I feel sorry for you guys that you are forced to support your team in a monstrosity.

At Anfield, our stadium is built so that you feel intimidated if you are an away fan or player. Our noisy fans make it even more intimidating. You go to a stadium like this one, modern but not really a proper football stadium and it kills the atmosphere. Feel for West Ham fans in that respect as it's not their fault.
