*WEST HERTS RUNNING DAY + THRASH* | Journey On Route M1 | LDP130 (Y803 TGH)

A journey onboard ex Go Ahead London and Vale Travel Mini Pointer Dart LDP130 which is now in preservation doing the West Herts Running Day, a Circular combination of routes around Hemel, St Albans and Watford also including a run down the M1 towards Watford which is what this video features (The route itself has no number so I called it "M1" since its the M1 fast run in this case). The top speed reached on the motorway was 55mph (90kmh) which is the fastest ive gone in an AT545 boxed dart and its a really lovely bus (Though ex Metrobus 317 was slightly better than this due to its noisy allison). The engine is the Euro 2 cummins with the gearbox being the iconic Allison AT545 which is found on Euro 2 darts but can also be seen in old solos and some early euro 3 darts (like on safeguard VU02TTJ).
